Understanding the Full Moon
If we are being honest with ourselves, going to space is cool, but so is walking outside and seeing a giant glowing orb in the night sky. And if you are anything like me, you periodically glance upwards, searching for the moon as it grows during its Waxing Period. And for my science folks, this happens during the brief moment when the Earth lies between the Sun and the Moon, its illuminated side is visible from our vantage point.

Embracing Radiance
The Full Moon's glow is an aggressive reminder to embrace all that is bright within and around us. During this time, the night is a little less scary, and similarly in our own lives, the darkest of corners can seem a little less daunting when we can see all there is around us to be grateful for. If you often confront your shadow, take a beat to throw a gratitude party; if you frequently find the good and serendipity in life, pause to critically reflect on an area in your life. Either way, embrace this moment to discover and bask in your true essence.
