Cancellation Policy

NOTICE - Please provide more than 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel your session. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will not incur any charges. - Cancellation requests made between 48 and 24 hours before your session will forfeit 50% of the service cost as a cancellation fee. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will forfeit 100% of the service cost as a cancellation fee. REFUNDS As a service-based business, we do not offer refunds once the service has been rendered. However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you have concerns about the service provided, please contact us within 5 days to discuss potential resolutions. CREDITS In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we may offer a credit towards a future session. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and the credit must be used within 90 days from the original appointment date. RESCHEDULING We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any fees.
