Cancellation Policy

NOTICE - 48-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will not incur any charges. - Less than 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled session will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. This fee helps us cover the time and preparation dedicated to your session. - No-Show: If you do not attend your scheduled session and fail to provide any notice, you will be charged the full cost of the service. No-shows significantly impact our ability to offer services to other clients in need. REFUNDS As a service-based business, we do not offer refunds once the service has been rendered. However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you have concerns about the service provided, please contact us within 5 days to discuss potential resolutions. CREDITS In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we may offer a credit towards a future session. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and the credit must be used within 90 days from the original appointment date. RESCHEDULING - Flexible: We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid any fees. Rescheduling requests within 48 hours of your appointment will be subject to the same fee as cancellations (50% of the service cost). -Emergency: We recognize that emergencies happen. If you need to reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs without additional charges.
